Peter J. Millock, JD
Principal
Peter is a former partner at Nixon Peabody with extensive experience in healthcare law, including hospital-to-hospital alignments, affiliations among physicians, hospitals, long-term care providers, and mental health and disability services providers. He has been involved in hospital alignments and purchases and sales of nursing homes, clinics, and medical practices. His experience includes working with New York State agencies and participating in the development of state health regulatory policies and health-related state legislation. Mr. Millock served as General Counsel of the NYS Department of Health for fifteen ears.
William F. Streck, MD
Principal
Bill served over three decades as CEO of the Bassett Healthcare Network, an integrated system of healthcare in central New York State, where his leadership experience included hospital operations, physician group management, corporate affiliations, network integration, value-based insurance contracting, and health system design. His CEO role included active engagement with the NYS Department of Health, including serving as the first chair of the New York State Public Health and Health Planning Council. He has subsequently served as Chief Medical and Innovation Officer at the Healthcare Association of New York State and Chief Medical Officer for Canton and Company, a healthcare strategic consulting firm.
